My story continued…

My name is Roman (they/them).

I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, and from a very young age I knew the path everyone told me I should take—go to college, get a job, start a family, and be happy—wasn’t meant for me.

Throughout my early adulthood, I struggled to gain traction. I was a high school and college dropout without a clear direction or sense of purpose. I worked a series of odd jobs simply to pay the bills, none of which held the promise of becoming a meaningful career. During this time, I was also in active addiction from the ages of 16 to 23. When I got sober at 23, my life began to shift in profound ways.

I’ve worked for myself in some capacity since the age of 19. Having never held a traditional corporate 9–5 job, I’ve learned firsthand what it takes to build a business from the ground up—finding clients, sustaining momentum, and navigating the inevitable highs and lows of entrepreneurship. For me, running my own business has always represented freedom and the ability to carve out my own path. I remain deeply inspired by the possibilities of entrepreneurship and the opportunity it offers to create a life rooted in fulfillment and autonomy.

Over the past five years, I’ve supported a diverse range of clients, beginning with members of the queer community, artists, aspiring business owners, and individuals navigating mental health challenges or addiction. Almost immediately, I realized that witnessing a client gain new awareness or celebrate a hard-earned win was one of my greatest joys. That realization led me to fully commit to growing and evolving as a coach.

I’ve had the privilege of coaching many inspiring changemakers, artists, service-driven entrepreneurs, and activists. Over time, my practice has organically expanded to include entrepreneurs, job seekers, corporate clients, and emerging adults—all individuals seeking clarity, purpose, and a more fulfilling path forward.

My Mission

To witness fully-expressed passion and fulfillment for anyone who is willing to do the courageous and vulnerable work.

There is always space on my calendar for members of communities that are often underserved. Neurodivergent individuals, the full LGBTQ+ community, and sex workers are celebrated here.

This work is about about partnership. Through every win and every challenge, my commitment remains the same: to stand with clients, offering guidance, perspective, and unwavering belief in their ability to move forward.

Whatever the path, we’ll find the way—together.

Roman is such a master—so gentle and an ideal mirror to each of our personalities and quirks. They have a way of making you feel safe while also encouraging you to look at yourself, open up, melt away the fear, and be open and willing. I've never experienced so many polarizing feelings—wanting to quit; yet, I kept coming back because it was medicine, and I loved the group they curated. To me, Roman is a masterful composer, and they have just the right amount of compassion, skill, and passion to help anyone face their fears in the most gentle and rewarding way.”
