With years of experience in executive coaching, career coaching, business coaching, complex mental health, and employee wellness coaching, my approach blends deep insight with practical strategy. Clients gain clarity, build resilience, and develop the confidence to move forward with purpose.
I am Life Coach and with additional certifications include; DBT Foundations, Motivational Interviewing and NeuroAffective Relational Model Level 1.
My Story
My journey to healing and purpose has been messy, unpredictable, and deeply transformative. My passion for this work work is rooted in lived experience—pushing against expectations, navigating identity, battling addiction, and slowly finding the way back to wholeness.
Over 10 years ago my path began with teaching yoga and eventually starting a business doing one on one assisted stretch therapy. I uncovered the profound connection between trauma, the body, and true healing. That understanding became the foundation for the work of connecting the body and mind to support my clients through their own breakthroughs.
Having been to the depths of feeling lost, stuck, and hopeless, I hold an unwavering belief in what’s possible on the other side. Each person has a purpose—a soul mission. That dream you carry is there for a reason. Together, we can bring it to life.
